What are your opening times?

The studio is open from 09:30-21:00 every day. I only offer appointments at limited times due to noise considerations within the building. 

How do I find your studio?

Please visit the contact page for instructions. If you are having trouble, contact the number that is e-mailed to you 24 hours before your appointment.

I didn't receive a booking confirmation. Is my booking confirmed?

It may be that your e-mail address or contact number did not work. Please get in touch before your appointment.

 

How do I book an appointment?

All bookings are done through the website on the bookings page. All available appointments will be listed here. Bookings must be done with a minimum of 12 hours notice.

What type of massage do you do?

I offer a Swedish holistic and deep tissue combination massage. Each treatment is unique and tailored to the client following an initial consultation to learn more about how you may be helped. The massage will include elements of targeted treatment on areas that are analysed and addressed throughout the massage. I use different strokes and techniques learned throughout my formal training and following professional development.

What product do you use?

I use a natural, organic grapeseed oil with a neutral aroma. 

Can I cancel or change my appointment?

I ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment changes or cancellations. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or do not show up, unfortunately, you will lose your deposit. Please get in touch as soon as possible via e-mail or Instagram to change your appointment. 

What about my health conditions?

It is important that you let your therapist know about any medical conditions that may be contraindicated to massage. if you are unsure if massage is the right treatment for you, please get in touch with your healthcare provider. 

What do I wear for the massage?

Clients are encouraged to dress to the level that they feel most comfortable. For the most effective massage, skin-to-skin contact and the use of massage oil is preferred. Clients opting for long boxers or shorts may be asked to tuck them up. Appropriate draping will be used.

What should I expect for my first visit?

Prior to your appointment, you will be e-mailed a consultation form which you must fill in to best advise your therapist. Upon arrival at your appointment, you will be greeted at the entrance and you will have a brief consultation before your treatment begins.

How can I pay?

Appointment deposits are done by card payments online. The remainder of your appointment cost may be paid in cash or by card.

Do you take walk-ins?

All treatments are strictly by appointment only. Please enquire by e-mail or Instagram for on-the-day availability. 

 

Is there wheelchair access?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the building and being located on the first floor with no lift access, the studio is not suitable for wheelchair users.
