Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before making a booking. By booking a massage, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation:
   - All massage bookings are subject to availability.
   - Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a confirmation e-mail has been sent.

2. Cancellation Policy:
   - Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled massage will receive a full refund.
   - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled massage will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Rescheduling:
   - Clients may reschedule their massage appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without losing their deposit.
   - Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

4. Late Arrival:
   - Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.

   - Clients are expected to alert the therapist if they are due to be late
   - Late arrivals may result in a shortened massage session, and no refund or compensation will be provided for the time missed.

5. Health and Medical Conditions:
   - Clients are responsible for informing the massage therapist of any health or medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the massage treatment.
   - The massage therapist reserves the right to refuse or modify the massage based on the client's health conditions.

6. Contraindications:
   - Certain medical conditions may contraindicate massage therapy. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for a massage.
   - If in doubt, clients should consult with their healthcare provider before booking a massage.

7. Age Requirement:
   - Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book a massage.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality:
   - Client information and details of the massage session will be kept confidential.
   - The massage therapist may discuss the client's general health and preferences to provide the best possible service.

9. Noise Disturbances:
    - Due to the nature of the building, there may be occasional external noise during the massage session.
    - The client acknowledges that some noise is beyond the therapist's control, and all efforts will be made to ensure a relaxing and calming ambience.

10. Payment:
    - Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
    - We accept cash, card or transfer.

11. Refusal of Service:
    - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any
 reason.

12. Hygiene:

  • Clients are expected to arrive for their massage sessions in a clean and hygienic state.

  • The therapist reserves the right to refuse a session if the client's hygiene is deemed unacceptable.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
    - We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
